Back in April, First Responders were constantly adapting to new guidances related to COVID-19. It was a trying time to be an essential worker who has to come into contact with so many people in so many situations. Teamsters Local 700 Steward and Park Ridge Police Officer Benjamin Peterson and his fellow officers take every precaution while responding to calls for help. He says PRPD and Local 700 have both been giving them the support and PPE they need to keep the community safe.

With the Essential Worker Series, Teamsters Joint Council 25 is recognizing the hard work of members who have been deemed essential workers during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
